Warmup Drill Sequence for First 3 Matches
The 5-5-5 order stays the recommendation because it is easy to repeat and carries into live matches with less mental clutter.
Recommended order
Five minutes tracking, five minutes flick precision, five minutes movement aim. Do not rotate the order unless you have a very specific reason.
Why the order matters
Tracking first settles hand speed. Flicks second add sharper corrections. Movement aim last forces the mechanics into match-like timing.
Where to use it
Use it before the first three serious matches of the day, especially after long breaks or inconsistent sessions.
